Travel Funds Application for Leadership Symposium - Posted June 9, 2008
These funds are intended specifically to help members of the Midwest District of Kappa Kappa Psi travel to the Leadership Symposia in Pittsburg, PA and Oklahoma City, OK on June 6-8 and 20-22, 2008. There will be two awards in the amount of $100 each awarded. To be eligible, at least two members from your chapter must be attending one of the leadership symposia. Your cost for transportation must be equal to or greater than $100.
Mail all forms to Jeff Waldschmitt at 903 Bluff St, Cedar Falls, IA 50613. Forms must be received by July 22, 2008. Please plan accordingly.
